The Ops Health Check is a diagnostic self-assessment for Shopify merchants and ecommerce operators. It asks focused, practical questions about how your store actually handles returns, shipping delays, customer support, inventory, checkout reliability, discounting, and operational process maturity.
It is not a quiz. It is designed to surface real operational risk — the kind that builds quietly in the background, showing up as elevated support volume, margin erosion, recurring incidents, and customer trust that erodes faster than it should.
The tool generates a score and breakdown that reflects your current operational practice, not your aspirations. The results are private by default — your answers stay in your browser session and are never sent to our servers unless you explicitly choose to contribute anonymised data to community benchmarks.
